These are cool tutorials, BUT the audio sux. It sounds like you are too far away from the microphone.
Since you have a British accent we have to listen very closely to understand what you're saying and with your voice so far in the back ground this is very difficult to do.
Could you please Do Voice overs for these using a handheld mic close to your mouth. Since there is no video of your lips moving, syncing should not even be a consideration.

i got the background from Motion 3, however i created the rest in Final cut.
Im not that experienced in motion lol.

every time i put my video into the timeline and try and play it it just says unrendered. What shall i do?

You need to render to view the video.
Selection > Render all
