Hiya, It's a D whistle and the tune is in G so you need a C natural rather than a C#. I think it changes key for the whistle part, at least some of the fiddle part being in a different key.

Many Thanks for this upload, i saw the Dubliners live at the Queen Hall Theatre Barnstaple in 2002, watched this being performed but all these years could not remember the title, only that it was an instrumental being performed by guiter and penny whistle, now to get the cd. Again Many Thanks.
