I'm surprised that her singing career never took off - with those looks and that voice. I guess she was typecast as "Jeannie" instead.

She was the sexiest ever,Barbara Eden.Lots and lots and lots of women came close,in the 60s.And even throughout the decades following,but Barbara Eden had the perfect everything.

Barbara did cut one LP: "Miss Barbara Eden (Dot DLP 25795) in 1967, from which came three failed singles. She also sang on the "Harper Valley P.T.A." film soundtrack album (Plantation PLP-700) in 1987, from which came one failed single. That was the extend of her career as a recording artist.

Funny, I had never seen her sing before, but now that I see her singing it realy doesn't surprise me that she can sing well. As Jennie she always kind of had a happy sing songy tone to her voice.
