Awesome boat. My grandpa is doing the same project to and '89 16' sea ray. I will show him this video and I think it will help him alot. Thanks for the great vid.

@pabxaus - thank you.

@TheOriginst -at the widest point about 6'6" rub rail to rub rail. The flare really opens the boat up inside.

Great job, can you please give me the width of her?

once again great job, but I forgot to ask where is the fuel tank and battery?

@TheOriginst - Thank you. I built the console around a 12 gallon tank. It's removable from the starboard side which I left open. I put a 27 group battery in the port side compartment in the back of the boat and have room for one up front in case I run a trolling motor in the future.

Outstanding job. I just bought an '86 15' Performer Rogue Bass Boat and plan on doing repairs and upgrades. Fortunately mine is not in the condition you started with and I don't intend on converting to center console. I do plan to extend the bow deck back to the cockpit , adding storage and convert the seats to bench with storage. Got some good ideas from you. Again great job. I will upload mine when complete.

@rowdybolen - thank you. I hope your project goes well and can't wait to see it. There are a lot of older bass boats around here and i've thought about doing a restoration on one of them.

@cbaiocco - Thank you. I watched your video and a number of others before I started to get ideas. You can learn about anything on YouTube. I really wanted to do a regular plexi windshield that wrapped around but wanted to have something that folded down. I used 1/4" acrylic - it's solid but wouldn't hold up to a person grabbing it if they were falling. I will probably do another one at some point. It's a great thing to have on a cold day!!
