Opening: Red milkweed beetle (Tetraopes tetraophthalmus), a kind of longhorn beetle. It appears to have four eyes because its eyes are split by its antenna base.

0:19 - Dung beetle, Kentucky, possibly Baly's Earth Boring Beetle (Geotrupes balyi).

0:27 - White-fringed Weevil, Naupactus sp.

0:30 - Ladybird beetle (ladybug) larva in English countryside with its prey, an aphid

0:40 - Unknown

0:48 and 1:00 - Tiger beetles, probably California Night-stalking Tiger Beetles, Omus californicus. First one found in a park outside Los Angeles, second one found roaming on a sidewalk on Wilshire Boulevard.

1:33 - Green June Beetle, Cotinis nitida, picked up off tarmac between plane and terminal at Bluegrass Airport, Lexington, Kentucky. It was thirsty, so I let it drink sweat from my hand before letting it go on a tree.
