This whole "awkward"/ Michael Cera, breathy, simple style to this video is annoying. The pauses the little "uh's" thrown in there... is everyone trying to make videos this way nowadays? I know I'm gonna get downvoted but seriously the whole quirky thing? I'm over it.

Come on, man, don't be se close minded. I just checked the ingredients of the vegetarian meat I have at home : none of what you're talking about is in there. So you either saw some really sh*tty vegetarian meat, or you're just an ignorant troll. Meatless mondays has good reasons behind it (Oprah isn't a reason at all), you should think about it.

I have been a vegetarian literally my whole life. Even as a baby, before I even knew what meat really was, I would gag eating meat flavored baby foods. I have tried different meats, and I still do not enjoy the taste, texture, smell..it just disgusts me. I completely believe that people do not need meat.

I'm a mom - and love this video - back ' in the day ' it would have been a very serious portrayal with alot of horrendous footage of the really bad images that goes with factory farming. This will capture the attention of young kids and get the message across quickly - good stuff!

People are fat because they're lazy slobs and refuse to educate themselves on where their food really comes from.

They're too lazy to go out of their way to raise their own chickens and produce their own eggs.

They're too lazy to seek out meat, dairy, and eggs which are certified humane.

Instead they waddle to the grocery store and buy GMO this, GMO that, factory-farmed this, and factory-farmed that. They refuse to think for themselves. They allow corporate propaganda to do their thinking.

Yes Oprah is fat eating and pushing meat and butter and the brain washed masses are also fat like Oprah. And meat and milk don't have GMO ? 99% of poultry & livestock feed is GMO corn and soy. But most of fruits and vegetables are not GMO.

good comments. but most people dont eat locally raised or humane meat or care, so this is an option for them. easier perhaps. less costly too. its all GOOD to discuss, share, and promote eating more humanely and eating no meat is always a good option.
