@pittster001 "Lonely Girl" was a Ian Levine spin (on UK President) from the earliest days of Blackpool Mecca, 1971 when the UK "Northern Soul" scene was still in it's infancy - It even got a mention in Dave Godin's Column in B&S at the time! There's also another "version" on the same label and utilising the same backing track (I think?), credited to Miss Madeline.
