THE HILLER FLYING PLATFORM WORKED IN 1955 AND IT WAS USED TO SOME DEGREE AND SOMETIMES THE FLYING PLATFORM IS SOLD BUT WITH LITTLE SUCCESS. THE FLYING PLATFORM IS STABLE AND CHEAP BUT THE ORIGINAL DESIGN LOOKS DAGGY! SO THE BIKE ADAPTION WOULD MAKE THE FLYING PLATFORM MORE FUN AND APPEALING (AND MAYBE IT WILL SELL).

  • @StarFoxAutobot Yes, safety is first. Streamlined mesh like on the "Hover Bike". Look it up on utube (easy). Thanks 4 the comment. The Hover Bike only has one engine (if it ever flies) and so it would be limited to a couple of meters off the ground. Even with two engines u wouldn't linger at too much hieght for too long either (in case both engines fail) and there is no glide or auto-rotate. Parachute posssible only at great height. So it's basically a low flying fun thing (watch power-lines)!

  • I think you should cover up the open area above the rotor. Like yappertrap said it'd be dangerous not to.

  • @yappertrap Check out utube video of the Hiller Flying Platform and watch a fellow standing on top of a blender flying around and it's so stable that he fires a rifle from it!!! Go utube search Hiller Flying Platform.

  • do you see any design flaw there??? your sitting above a blender
