Actually, Tamil Nadu is green. But, a much lighter shade (during the dry season). But during the rainy season, the grass and trees of Tamil Nadu turn greener. Otherwise, Tamil Nadu is a very beautiful place. I have seen nay pictures of Tamil Nadu and all of them together agree with both of our statements.
