The high strength of the whole high strength and 400mm thickness of elastic round wallboard s circumference ensure the machine works steady and long time use.
The rubber cylinder adopts three point suspension structure and pneumatic form rollers,so that the press could be acurate adjusted.
It adopts high accuracy bevel gear transmission and iron rollers manner ensuire transfer the press stability and makes the rollers runing stability.Whats more,it makes great printing even for large area and small characters.
The whole machine adopts force lubricate mode which ensure gears,axletree and other parts to be lubricated all right.
The ink supply system is make us of 15 pcs of ink rollers.Four of them which has different diameter is near plate.It has enough ink storage and average ink supply.With high speed feedback system,the finished product is with average ink effection.It is controled by separate motor both for supply water and ink.Adopts pneumatic clutch when supply water and ink.
High quality feeder and trusting paper transportation ensure transport the paper stablity and nicety.
Semi-automatic plate install which meant you can adjust even the machine is working as that limited the plate install and adjustment time and has less requirement for operators.
Water supply motor has function of follow up the scent. The rotating speed will adjust according to the motor rotating speed.That ensure the supply of lubricated liquid.
It adopts digital sense organ.when collecting the information.
Advanced CPC system meant you can control ink quantity using remote.( Optional)
The machine also equiped with diagnose system that will find out reasons of fault,limited the service.
