I misread your comment. You wanted to know what the keyboard on top is (the one he "isn't playing").

I can't identify it, though it's certainly a kind of combo organ. You can make it out better in this video of a performance recorded in 1978 (watch?v=zQbQ2InHp44). I still can't tell what it is, but when Steve Nieve plays it alone, without the Vox, it has the same kind of sound.

Search for the site "Combo Organ Heaven," and maybe you can find it in there.

It's one of the Dual-Manual Vox Continentals. I have no idea what the small one on top of the Vox is, though.
