  • That was great. I like your sound. The blues harp is a very nice addition. Excellent tune. I made a version recently that you're welcome to check out if you get a minute.

  • nothing beats the pure harmonies like you and your brothers lay on it ... I liked your vid!

    ...and thx for comments.

  • Drummers get the gals??? That's news to me! Of course I was only 13-14 when I was into the drums. I played them night and day, and got pretty damn good, then my friend moved, and took them with him! I picked up the guitar at 17, but I'm definitely not a natural like some folks. I had a good friend that started the same time as me, and dropped out of high school to play professionally! He was playing on Bourbon Street at 18!

  • Livin' the dream ... lol.

  • Learn to carry a tune...wow...this is bad at best.

  • Very nice cover man! Wonderfull changes between chords.

    Greetings

  • nice cover, by the way what is the strumming pattern? i can't find it anywhere...

  • i like this song better, when you play it:

    C G

I've been thinkin bout all the times you told me

It makes it "higher" if you get me, it makes it sound more like Timothy B. Scmith.. But i like the blues touch you gave it never the less

  • thats too bad about the singing ... I would love to hear you in good voice ... and hell, I wish I was a good drummer ... they get all the gals! lol

    best - kb

  • Thanks kb, but with me, it's more like "keep on croaking!" I actually used to be able to sing damn near like Tim Schmidt, but I had GERD, and it ate up my vocal chords. I had to have major surgery in '93, so it's fixed now, but my vocals are shot. I was a decent drummer, but I still can't play the geetar worth a damn after 32 years!
