  • Not an expert but I think it's an "liuto attiorbato".

    They usually have pairs of strings in the upper courses but a lot of players play them with single courses all the way down (like Luca Pianca). Edin seems to have a hybrid stringing approach with pairs of strings in the diapason and single strings further up. Interesting compromise, I like it.

  • @persiasand Ahh i just had to read a little farther down the list to find out what it was hahah Theorbo i never seen one before it sounds amazing them top string's must be played open cause no fret board behind them ... i like to play on that thing awesome sound huh
