Students at UW-Madison in the Intro to Engineering course built this dehydrator for the WMARS Public Garden in Madison. It's an excellent way to dry food using solar, passive energy and preserve excess crops for the future.

Where did you get the music from?? I know its owl city but a really good version..

I agree no pressure treated wood id pick a hard wood that can handle the heat in hickory. great design I might have to try one myself.

THE FOOD SHOULDN'T BE OVER 115....AND HOW DO YOU REGULATE THE TEMP YOU SAID IDEALLY

Pressure treated wood. Not near my food. Otherwise a cool design.
