and that is the same with most games like this...the stacker game, the win a playstation or xbox games, etc.

the only time that happens is when you get like two animals, thus having larger mass to grad onto, or if you snag a loop or something. (Comment continued from below)

the first one was not a close attempt...the machine is programmed to release a tiny bit of tension once the claw finishes pulling up, that way it always picks a toy up, then drops it, giving you the impression that you were soo close to winning it, so close that you put another dollar in the machine....then again and again and again until the machine is ready to pay out, and 1 out of 50 or so plays, the tension stays the same and you win...rarely can you win when the machine doesn't want you to.
