Remember, in order for Naruto to listen, people need to speak up, and Hinata doesn't do that. But Sakura does.
I'm sure he's flattered at Hinata's feelings for him, but they NEVER spent any time together.
How would you feel if you liked your best friend for years and a classmate suddenly tells you they like you. Not many people would suddenly change their feelings like that.
