Before complaining people should understand what ragging means. This was just a sinple interaction betwen freishies and der senior.Media makes such a changes in the story that ragging held in iiita. I am also a iiitian.. and I know how much peoples have guts here to take ragging..THe biggest ragger here is colzz administration who always fined somebody for there personal benefit..

I don't think ragging is a fair method or a so called ritual for seniors to interact with their juniors.

This interaction can be beautifully promoted through various contests and events that are held in the institute. IIIT is definately having such events.

Freshers should be welcomed in a neat and healthy way rather than presssurising them to do things they don't like.This will sustain their self esteem and will enable them to deliver more respect to their seniors. We must abide by the S-Court

m also a iiitains,really i want 2 know from the first year gals wat had their seniors did which they called ragging,i have seen all the 2 yrs,look at their faces,they dont smile nowadays,n their studies must b effecting,i really wish all this stop,the first yrs really did wrong,they shudnt complained,n if they did the administration shud have given them 2 yrs a small punisment,wat nonsense is that 50,000 fine,n the whole country getting 2 know about it,i dont feel they must have done anything

hahaha...one stupid thing has to happen per semester...and admin is always waiting to collect money instead of straightening things out...we have to learn one thing... if media dwells deep into college issues...and publicize every thing institute's fame gets corrupted because of some stupid people...there are people in admin who encourage ragging during our batch...how come they became so sane now....
