A short video clip from my training. Shadow boxing, mitts, bag and heavy bag work out. Almost a complete daily training rutine. For a average Thai boxer. Except for jogging, rope, strength and some other techniques. This is from Pattaya Thailand.

  • Hi mate,

would you recommended me to go to this gym??

  • @almst7el1 Yes its a nice gym exept the 2 dogs that are all over the gym.. The owner of the gym is Christian from Italy. He push all the students very hard. So if you are training for a fight its the please to be.. But i like the old Scorpion gym. Now named Golden Glory.

  • @AggressiveShadow That's where Overeem trained, nice.

  • @gkdrummerboy Yes Overeem been there for some training. But do most of the sparring at GG Thailand. When he is over here. Did u know that Alistair Overeem is not fighting for Golden Glory anymore. So i not know when him will be around again. Alistair is now fighting for Team Randy Couture. Is what i have been hearing..

  • @AggressiveShadow Whats this gym called? and how much is it per month? (in canadian or american dollar)
