It's hard to tell exactly what hardware you need for this. Esky CP2 parts: one swashplate, a couple of ring-like push-rods, and a pitch control link set. Anything else?
Thanks...

hmm cool! idk but it really looks an expensive upgrade to me.. anyweis i just got HBFP its much cheaper that lama v4 BUT its really CHALLENGING, NOT HARD, to fly it..
i flew lama for like 3 weeks before taking the "next step" heli.

with shorter flybar and longer servo horn, you might be able to reach fast forward flight speed, as i've tried long time ago. But u'll still lack control in flight, and fast forward flight usually result in crashing into wall or sudden lose of control due to lack of control authorities. Dual swash plate gives u that extra control authority, and makes the chopper not only faster, but more responsive as well.

does it fly?

this is unuseful!

so can i buy this ? for my coaxial or i have to buy parts by parts and put it together..
the site you told me i got so lost in there sorry please tell me more details thanks
with all those added weight.. i might just use an extended inner shaft, replace stock servo horns with longer ones and put the links up to the third hole.. use shorter flybars.. same results!

nope. I already did that and you still stuck with half the power (lower blade only cyclics) as compared with having two swash plates resulting twice the cyclic lift/roll/aft/fore force of both the upper and lower blades . CHeck the other dual swash videos and see the flight results.

looks like there's some flex from the top blades relative to the bottom.
what changes in going from the bottom swash to the top swash do you need, if any, due to the counterrotating blades? or is it just straight up to control swash in same position as the bottom? seeing as on these, coax helis, there's 2 servos set 45 degree angle control on the swashplate, to control advancing/retreating blade position for the bottom rotor...how do you deal with that for the top rotor?

Its actually 180 degrees from the mixing arm mount point to the mount point on the 2nd swash plate. That is a mirror image then flip configuration of the original servo links on the bottom.
