--No, the ad says Obama and Biden, while members of Congress, voted (past tense) to raise taxes on people making just $42K/yr, not that it will be something he will propose to do as President.

Although, the $250K/yr later became "families" making "around" $200K-$250K per year. Then it went as low as $150K per year. Who knows where it will end up once he actually proposes his new tax code?
