Dictator chavez? I am sorry but the venezuelans voted him in as president just because he kicked american corporations out of venezuela and used the industries to boost the economy thus dropping the poverty rate from 80% to under 30% doesn't make him a dictator.

Hay q recalcar q en 1998 la déuda externa de Venezuela era + del 50% del PIB, prácticamente ahorcada y una inflación de 80%, el barril a 7$ por la crisis mundial y un mísero ingreso/ habitante de 3500$ peor q la crisis argentina de 2001 y ahora la deuda representa solo 12% del PIB, el ingreso por habitante es de 13800$ la inflación de 27% aún alta pero mucho mejor q antes y el barril a 70$ o mas; por lo q el gobierno tiene más rango
