This is a video I made while taking a bread making class at the Wild Yeast Bakery in South Wales, UK.
My teacher, Simon Michaels, is demonstrating the second shaping of a sourdough loaf. Sourdough is shaped twice, with a rest of a few minutes in between shaping to avoid tearing the bread.
