  • how can i record tfwo instruments at the same time

  • @TheRogueMonk You need some kind of audio interface such as a mixer that has more than one input/output. Then you give each instrument it's own track and set the track to the right input.

  • if i import a midi file into garageband why is the volume and tracks locked .. and i can't unlock them.. i can't manipulate them either...?

  • @TheRogueMonk you must be importing it as an audio track instead of an actual midi file.

  • Those 2 bars that show if you "clipped" or not, what are the difference between those 2?

  • @viniciuswonderboy It's the left and right channel of a stereo recording.

  • @murry537 i am not talking about the audio instruments but the fake ones... those u play with keyboard.

is this a problem with logic pro as well?

  • why aren't my garageband recorded tracks lining up even though i played them in time with a metronome.

  • @zaidocram00 I got the same problem and just deleted my random bit of song cant help otherwise sorry

  • @abochristo The other DAW programs will have some advanced features that GB doesn't have, but all of them can do bitrates that are higher than CD quality so you can get output that sounds just as good. Also GB can do VST plugins so it can do a lot of things the other apps can if you get the right plugin.
