I'm looking for a contract role and my recruitment agency has asked me to complete a psychometric test.

Why have I been asked to complete one?

It is nothing to worry about - Over 95% of the FTSE 100 companies use psychometric testing to select their staff.

Aptitude tests examine abilities such as numerical, verbal or abstract reasoning. Often presented in a multiple-choice format, the questions have definite right and wrong answers.
