American Fluorescent 4watt pre-heat fluorescent fixture

This is my American Fluorescent 4watt pre-heat fluorescent light. This is my most favorite fluorescent pre-heat fixture in the world!!!! This fixture has one F4T5 bulb (which is the smallest T5 bulb!) and a FS-5 or FS-22 starter. This fixture was made in the USA in Waukegan Illinois. The voltage is 118. This light is also known as the MS-104 light. I got this fixture NEW from www.lightbulbdepot.com.

dieselducy, I got the switch at a hardware store. The push button switches (like what I have) are getting hard to find. If you can't find one at a hardware then try the internet or try to fit a different switch in there.
