I was young when this came out 11 or so and didnt like it- Ive listened to every type of music since then and I have to say---Jethro Tull make the coolest music ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny how a song immediately brings to mind a certain setting; this is a wintry, cold snowy day kinda song for me, anyway.

@metalwillofficial Guitar playing isn't all about complexity, Martin played dozens of riffs that you could hear once, and then never forget it, years after hearing it. Just because you can play your guitar fast, shred it, make "chug chug" noises, and play high notes doesn't make you a good guitar player. I'm not saying that there's no good modern guitar players, because there's lots. But to say most could "shred" around Martin is ridiculous. .

@PapaSmurphy You obviously aren't familiar with very many modern guitarist. There are hundreds of guitarists that can shred circles around Martin. I honestly think that Anderson is the better guitar player in Jethro Tull.

If you're ever near Hampstead Fair, beware of foreign students looking for Picadelly Circus, bearded ladies, red bearded chicken fanciers and johnny scarecrow making his rounds with his jet black mack. If you go to catch some sun at the bathing pond or if you go golfing at the putting green, you may see that they've caused 100 school girls to cry or you might see them digging for buried treasure. But they probably won't know that you're Long John Silver.
ONE person didn't seem to know he was LONG JOHN SILVER!!

Ian Anderson is able to capture that Old English / Medieval sound more than any other contemporary musician in modern music. It's really amazing.
