1. do you go to any asian market to get the metal coffee filter 2. do pho restaurants all use that type of coffee or do they just use anything? I always order that with pho and it's VERY strong and addicting.

I know... alot of food packaging containers and labels from Asia have poor, but hilarious in a fucked-up, corny way, English translation. Oh well... what the fuck you know... at least they tried to translate the damn thing huh. Can anybody teach me how to cook kho thit, or thit kho? Not beef jerky ok. Thit kho... like that simmering, brown shit all viets eat on a daily basis. Cam on.
