  • my dads remote doesnt work so i call verizon the tech goes through a few test then determines its an ongoing issue with verizon boxes...almost in the same sentence he says you can purchase something to fix it...ok how sharp are you all? did you catch it

    an ongoing problem with the service you are paying for but yet YOU can PURCHASE something to fix the ongoing problem...

    ongoing problems dont mean recalls anymore?

  • what state do you live in? i work for vz and can get a direct line for tech support so you wouldnt have to wait that long. i hate waitin too but it also depends what day and time you call that determines how fast you get a rep!!! lol

  • PRESS# ON THE PHONE AND IT WILL PUTE YOU FIRST IN LINE. THIS IS HOW TECHS GET A REP QUICK.

  • That's why I hate using the phone and calling stuff in, lol. I'd rather talk to them face to face so they can't put me on hold, hahaha. At least you have your computer so you can talk to all of us on YouTube, lol. Luv ya, Autumn!
