We visited Venice with the Vantage Tour Group for about three days to explore this fascinating city with it's winding streets (alleys really) lined with small charming shops, bridges and canals. Visiting Ducal Palace and taken a Gondola ride down the Grand Canal and around the smaller ones.

1999 went to Venice on tour also, loved the ambience of St Mark's square. The first week of September they have a festival and all the boats are decorated and everyone dresses up wearing those famous Venice masks, missed it by a week!! Great pics.
