@pcmxms when i was a child i guessed the hard way which was the right tool for the right door: trial and error, plenty of time, and of course infinite lives (press GODY in title screen)

Wow... I remember playing this game and not having a clue what to do. Now that I saw that I wonder: How did you figure? I mean, how do you know about the items you're supposed to put in those spaces? What about that last number?
