  • hey this was for 2010 Worlds not the 2010-2011 season. We made it but didn't go. We stayed at Memphis Elite. And I think her flexibility is fine.

  • @WRITEfluidity1 i do both, and all star is much more intense. but there are different levels. for level 2 all star all you need usually are back handsprings. (level 3, tucks; level 4, layouts; level 5, twisting etc)

some gyms actually accept everyone onto some team. even if you never had experience, you can be on a very low level team (for example, level 1 all you need is back walkovers etc.) But level 1 is usually for little kids

  • @PiinkGlitter91 use ankle weights start with 5lbs then get to 10lbs it really helps with getting your legs up. Its alwasy worked for me :)

  • I have the same shorts that the girl is wearing.

  • @PowerTumbler789 Allstar is for the weak!<3 Highschool cheer is where its at:D

  • kelsey's tumbling is awesome :)

  • @WRITEfluidity1 ive cheered highschool and allstar and theres alot more to trying out than that for highschool teams. alot of highschoosl will require standing tucks. highschool teams are just a small downgrade for allstar. but i must say. i like allstar 10000x better than highschool cheer.

  • I am 12 and i can do this!!! I could be on this team but i do Texas Cuties! :)

  • oh my that girl need to work on her back flexibility if she want to make it to top gun !!

  • those jumps are so high! i kep practicing mine but they never seem to be high like that!:(

  • @elferi They are All Star teams. There's high school teams, which you try out, but typically all you need to know how to do is cheer, dance a bit, and maybe know how to do a back handspring. All star teams are basically the best of the best, when it comes to cheerleading. Trying out for one is also MUCH more competitive. You're very lucky if you make it. You need to usually know, at the least, and round off, back hand spring, back tuck, good at dancing, very high jumps. Also, flexiable, too.
