POVERTY skyrocketed, 70% of the population is poor, CRIME increased in numbers, rich people became richer and poor people became poorer, a lot of Filipinos dying to get VISA to escape, and after 25years that we restored democracy what is the LEGACY? Freedom? Can you call us a FREE nation if we are OPPRESSED and DEPRIVED of DIGNITY and basic HUMAN RIGHTS???

@ASIANBOYZPRODUCTION Cory tried her best. As you said, Marcos left a ton of problems. He left such a battered country that it could easily have taken such a toll on his successor that he/she could have simply opted to resign. But President Aquino stuck to her promise of doing everything to protect our fragile democracy and restore our standing in the world as a beacon of freedom in Asia. And I will forever admire her for that.
