  • this is pretty awful... "be confident"..... ohhhhhh.... Cause i've always been trying to not be confident.

  • Ms. Lopez, I'm not for sure where you obtained your etiquette and protocol training, but you shed a poor light on certified etiquette consultants. All of your videos are generic and unprofessional. If you wish to create educational videos...perhaps they should contain educational points.

  • this is awwwwwful..... lol

  • Poor!!

  • Her blazer doesn't fit correctly, her hair doesn't looked polished or professional, her posture is not great, and she uses her hands way too much to the point where its distracting.

  • You are not supposed to pick up anything from the floor. You either ask the serving staff for another fork/napkin or whatever you dropped or you ask your host/hostess. You never, bend down to pick it up or ask someone else to pick it up for you. Plus, when you are trying to get the attention of the serving staff or host, be discreet, don't wave your napkin or hand in the air.

  • Could you please do a demo for us un how to keep good posture while picking something up off the floor?

  • thanks for the info, everyone loved what I talked about! Cheers!

  • Should you drink the whole glass or take a single sip and does it depend on the tone of the event?
