Whichever way you look at it, the operator's (cop's) behaviour was completely out of order and a disgrace!

Emergency operators and cops are, after all, supossed to be professional and trained to handle (not to mention, sympathise with) stressed out callers - who in many cases, are calling for HELP due to a life or death situation!!!

Seriously? I've done tech support for an internet provider and a computer hardware company, and trust me, I got called more things than this guy did. You know what you do? You LISTEN to them, let them vent, because honestly they aren't mad at you. Yeah, getting cursed at isn't fun, but you can handle it easily. This is the wrong way to do it.
