The strangest thing is, the kids shooting other kids like Columbine did it in a group. But then they say they did it because they had no friends. What do you call the res of the guys helping? lol

I do not think American actions are to blame, but the media, which, particulary in Europe, peddles a lot of anti-American propaganda.
Which is also a reflection of society, there are almost no bondaries anymore and freedoms without resoponsibility always lead to the downfall of any civilization.

Who controls the past controls the future: who controls the present controls the past. I believe this negativity is a consequence for all misdeeds that were conducted in the past. The people are ranting because it is the only way we can protest against a large corrupt govt. The old days were good because corruption was still at its early stage.

I totally agree sushi, that is why in the golden era people were generally more relaxed, respectful of one another, curious about other cultures and I feel the over all energy between people was much more positive to begin with.
