This record and the first Wailers album were on the Golden Crest label. Crest Records was based all the way across the country on Long Island. I grew up on Long Island and still live there. Read Dave Marsh's book "Louie Louie" to see how they ended up on Crest. The label recorded all sorts of music including school bands. My junior high school band recorded an album on Silver Crest back in the '60's!
I'm slightly more familiar with the output of this group than of the Wailers associated with Bob Marley, but I'm still not all that much familiar with this group's music.

The Wailers came from Tacoma, Washington! "Tall Cool One" is a groovy song!
