That was the last air show in 2007 at seymour johnson AFB, right? I was there.
Anyway, i never thought i'd see an L1011 at RDU. Whats with the 747 taxing to 23R? How about the Delta and AA 767's. Did you really take all of those from the Obdservation Deck? SOme angles are really cool. Try to spot from DOH when traffic is landing on 23R. Awesome spot

The air show was in from fall of 2006 actually. The 747 was an Atlas Air flight bringing in cars and automotive parts from the port of spain. Delta a mil. charter flight, AA 767 subsitute for the 777. Not all of my shots were from the observation deck but a lot were.

why was there a delta 767 at rdu?
