I don't thing that being loud is not so much to describe dominicans, it's the ones that don't have a good education, and don't know or have a clue that beig loud is verry gheto and rude, and that poeple don't want to hear sometimes their personal misery spill all over for every one to hear. it's gross.

what most people fail to realize is that we hispanics, in this case (Dominicans) are a mixture of the white and black race & the indians who were already here. it's called (Mulato) look it up! we are an ethnicity with a nationality, not a race. & don't let that make you feel any less because in a couple of hundred years EVERYONE will be MIXED, whether u wanna be closed minded and selfish about it or not! my last name is INOA (thats taino indian) ancestors frm Quisqueya,Spain & Africa
