Thanks...you put so many kinds of vegetables in there and they all looked delicious. While I was watching, I thought, she's never gonna fit all that in that pan! But you did! haha. I need to lose weight and eat more veggies so I really do need to try this. I can't tolerate too much spicy, but it's still easy to make a milder sauce which I'm sure is still delicious. Thanks again.

Riddlespider sent me. That stuff looks wonderful! We'll be making it in the wimpy version - less of the red peppers! :)

@thizizliz Oh good! Let me now how it turns out. Not many can take it as hot and spicy as I like it.

nice move to add the fish sauce into the recipe. It's a great MSG substitute;). But I would never use a non stick wok, secondly never use olive oil for asian cuisine. It doesnt handle the right heat temperatures, besides other vegetables oils that handle higher heat is more neutral in the flavor too.

@NattHrafn Thank you. I stand corrected.

Thanks for the tutorial! I never would have known what Oyster or Fish sauces even were...I would have thought, oh, you must use those for seafood. Silly me! Now I know some good sauce making secrets, I will try it soon!

Glad you liked it Jane. I think it's much better homemade because you can put exactly what YOU like and you know where everything came from. You can put as much or as little of something, you are in control, so it tastes just like you want it to. *smiles*
