...the fact that these solar demi-gods performed miracles in parrallel with jesus or whoever (water into wine and adonis just making wine out of nothing,ect) is besides the point. the point is they did a miracle that had something to do with wine. i mean simple logic tells you that if a person or group of people are copying something, to some extent they will try to change it a bit or alot to make it seem like its brand new in some respects.

the thing about the rebuttle and both the original zietgeist video (of which i have to say was interpreted wrong) is that jesus myth along with the other messianic demi-god figuress like horus,krishna, baal, Odonis, orpheus, attis, ect., is that they were all born in an immaculate way or in some supernatural or fantastic way beyond the realm of humanily possible. people are so hung up on the actual literal interpretation of the similarities that you missed the whole point. Yoshomika: You are missing the point. These videos are a rebuttal of the film Zeitgeist, which used the myths to show that Christianity is simply another retelling of the myths and therefore false. The fact that the myths are just that, myths, and therefore false, is precisely the point.

Besides... the word MYTH implies that it's false.... So if it doesn't exist, do I still need to watch this? Of course there's no similarities between Jesus and these deities... they didn't EXIST!

The thing I hate about this is only reason I'm watching it, is because I thought I'd try to get the other side of the arguement... But, there is NO arguement! It's just some guy going on and on about how Zeitgeist is wrong. Just because you say someone is wrong doesn't make you RIGHT! I'm not a blind idiot, which is why I don't just believe things, so I listen to BOTH sides, but this is just a horrible excuse for even a point being made.

Catholicism is NOT about Jesus, it hijecked Jesus name on realising there were too many Jesus' followers to kill, so it was better business sense to hijack Jesus brand name for themselves to trade under false pretence. Pope nicked 90% of Bible as 'sacred text' & still have it,- as if too good for us peasants or too REVOLUTIONARY

If Jesus TRUE message were followed it'd end the monarchy, banks, churches & law

@IdaSputum see my playlist I recently made 'Jesus Outside The Bible'. It stunned me HOW sinister it is to try to FAKE the non-existence of such a historic revolutionary anti-banker!

There's more documented record of Jesus than there is for Socrates! Even atheist history professors concede that Jesus definitely lived, even though they don't see Jesus as Gods son.

@jkjmodemail So you think the famed, widely respected scholars & historians of that era, renowned for accurate records of emperors, philosophers & luminaries of their time, suddenly broke the fastidious habits of their careers to start LYING re;existence of the man Jesus. Not just one of them, ALL of them. They recorded EVERYTHING ELSE accurately, except for Jesus. They ALL lied about HIM alone. Without reason. Right, you're DEFINITELY something.
