My English teacher incouraged us to read several books this summer. I can't tell you why.. I don't know if it's for college or what, but anyway. Yeah. This is my review of the first one. My two cents. I would be honored and delighted to hear YOUR two cents. So, be sure to comment, rate and (please) subscribe.

I find your review bad, they have free will really I didn't see the society telling people what they could and couldn't do. Everyone has the same morals because everyone one was raised the same way. About the brainwashing are we not brainwashed to do certain things as we grow older? Everyone is happy and on there free will. Those who find there society ubearbile go to the island. If you want to read a book were no one has free will read 1984. ww1 happened in 1917 13 years before the 30's...

Henry Ford was also the first person to pay his employees enough so that they could buy a Ford car. In other words, he played a significant role in the advance of capitalism and consumerism. A lot of people see Brave New World as a DYStopia (rather than a satire of a Utopia), meaning that the book is a way of warning us of what society could become like if capitalism continues to grow the way it does. Other well-known dystopias are '1984' and 'Fahrenheit 451'.
