Idlewild Park

This is a video of Idlewild Park. It includes videos and photo's from several of the flat rides and the historic old buildings in the park. I also believe that Paul Bunyan's Loggin Tobbogan might just be the worlds shortest log flume ride. It can't be more than a half mile in total lenght.

looks like a fun, clean, family park..not far from me...i think i;ll go this summer..how far is it from baltimore?

@bingome Well, it's in a small town called Ligonier, PA which is between Pittsburgh and Johnstown. Take exit 91 off the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76/70) and go north on rt 711 about 13 miles then turn left/west on US 30 and it'll be on the left/south side of the highway. The park is pretty easy to miss from the road so watch your signs on the road.

Thanks for the tour. I have not been at park for about thirty years. When I was growing up in Greensburg. The family would go there for school and company picnics. Thanks again.

i hated all but tilt-a-whirl
