Reasons why I bought my fully loaded '08 Prius over a fully loaded '08 Honda Civic gasoline model...(I test drove both and chose the Prius)

Mind you, some of these are my opinions.

Prius is more roomy
Prius has rear view cam
Prius drives smoother
Prius has better interior styling
Prius is more technologically advanced
Prius has a center console that makes you feel like you're the captain of a spaceship
Prius gets better mileage

The price difference was a mere $1,000

Technology in Lithium batteries aren't there yet. So if you buy this car...you are an idiot. That person who bought during the oil boom speculation and now are regretting it.

You're right, the Prius does seem to look badly misshaped. But I think car companies use these auto shows to see what the consumer response is and to make any design modifications as necessary. GM did the same with the Volt. Remember how ugly the first version of the Volt was?
