... Then a jumior member of staff started bitching about a customer in front of other customers.... a very rude place altogether. Not fit to call themselves Irish... Never mind the stupid turf fire.

... i finished my coffee and left - One woman complaned about her food and her party must have spent well over 100 Euros on their meal - a man who seemed to be a senior member of staff retorted "nobody else has complained about it" and stormed off with the womans food...he didn't return and the woman had to sit through the meal with nothing - disgraceful.. I would have demanded a full refund and reported them to Bord Failte.

I was at this establishment three weeks ago and will not be back... I witnessed staff beuing extremely rude to customers on two occasions in the space of 10 mins...
