  • I pulled my muscle playing soccer, I heard my tissue breaking when pulled, My problem is that I waited about 4 months in order to go back and train again, gradually increasing my running, but the same muscle is giving me problems, I dont know what to do and yes I'm scare not to be able to performe the same way! help me please
