tell you something i would rather go on holiday on one of these bueties than go on a plane with no excitement involved at all also the sound of the engine u wouldnt need to listen to the crying child behind you :D

Miss Lace (aka Dorothy Partington is my mother). She was the model and inspiration for the Male Call cartoon series by cartoonist Milton Caniff. Mother was Miss Lace from 1941-1946 and the strip was distributed to over 3,000 bases around the world. Mother passed away last month, and she would have been so gratified and uplifted by this video tribute to the plane that bears her likeness and character. I like to think of her in the sky now, only much higher up. This video is so inspiring.
