  • Seems like most of the ducati videos on youtube are of the bike idling with a loud exhaust and open dry clutch. Do people actually ride them? Just curious....

  • @vatoencabronado

That is a legitimate observation...But not the case here. I am a rider, and this bike has thousands of miles on it already...I just also care for it meticulously, after its ritual weekend beatings.

  • That's better than pussy!

  • It's amazing how all these Ducati haters spend so much time writing all these shitty comments. If you don't like it, don't watch it.

    Awesome bike btw man!!

But too expensive for me, unfortunately. They're about 39.000euros in Belgium.

  • I own a 1098r myself. 2008. I love it. I also own a S model but I admit the S is much easier to ride. I mean the gearing needs to be changed or something, its really just built for freeways and higher speed riding. Amazing!

  • damn hot !!! :)))

    great sound of termix :))))

  • is it dual seat?

  • gorgeous machine...I just got me an 07' 1098s with 1700 miles on it for 12k dollars cash. Rode it 900 miles one way to San Francisco and back in a week after having it for 10 days, and I cannot get off this thing. Such a beautiful bike and so much fun :)

    Great video!

There are motorcylces, and then there are Ducati's.

  • Just wish you had a higher quality mic. Hearing these in person is amazing....

That's why there so many Duc idling videos, because they sound meaner than just about any other bike standing still...

  • @TheDesmoPilot yes you got 2 holes xD

  • desmo valves or no, not TOO familiar on the ducs

nvm this oine has the cam belts. i had one that did. i had a paso with teh desmo valvetrain. love my ducs, but these are like 2 wheeled ferraris, gotta pay to play. not just in purchase cost, BUT in upkeep as well
