This is a reworking of Rockman 7 FC which I will never play...because I'm doing this. This was made by a fan of Kamen Rider who goes by Kickhopper. It's actually pretty cute stuff! I hope I can impart my joy of the two franchises (Kamen Rider and Megaman) to you.

@samuraikarasu I think he means the download link. Since Megaupload went down, its hard to find the correct ROM with the music, which is my problem now, too.

@samuraikarasu Hmm,how you can change skin of Decade Complete Form?Also all enemy in that game like a Riotropper,G3,Kaixa,Ryuga or many other?I has play that game but it don't has skin of Decade Complete Form and all enemy.

any way kamen rider is an amacing show they in america a show called Kamen Rider Dragon Night (Ryuki in japan) but the american show sucks like they 2 seasons and bought were bad realy bad

the game is so hard to play ive downloaded it already but its freaken hard the controls are the pain but the caracter are cool like in ryukis world first you have fight G3 X in a trakter? lol
