Went to the cinema which got evacuated and saw the manikins floating into the water feature !!

1:15 water rushing down into the car park , security warned of 4ft of water in the lower levels !

@IrishC0W hi I was just going to the cinema and was driving when the underground carpark was getting people to exit out both lanes so i knew something was seriously bad , i parked the car at the public car park at the North entrance and walked over to the centers entrance were there was loads of security helping people exit , the entire shop was evacuated and the water level was rising , we were told a river burst its banks and the security doors had burst open with the water causing it to flow

Once electricity makes contact with water, the power shorts, so no one was in danger from being harmed from 'live electricity'!
