Do high rep with low weight and high weight with low reps! I knew I should have scripted this video rather than just ad-libbing. One point that didnt come across clearly is that lifting heavy every single workout is hard on the joints. If you get injured from overuse injuries by going heavy all the time, you cant workout at all.

Sorry, this isnt a great video :(

  • @XTropaXTroopsX Like gangsterninja said, just keep doing what you're doing. If you can bench 220 I don't think benching 50 will do a thing for you... even doing push-ups would be better than that (works more muscles). And what does bodyweight have to do with it? Everyone's body is different, different bone structures, etc., means different strength potential.

    That whole reps for cuts thing is a myth. To get ripped, you need to lose bodyfat. Same thing with getting "toned". Good luck.
